Udang saus tiram n pokchoy bawang putih

Udang saus tiram:

-goreng udang stengah matang sampai berubah warna..sisihkan..
-tumis bombay..bawput sampai wangi..masukkan saus tiram..sdikit kecap manis..sdikit saus tomat n sdikit kecap inggris..beri sdikit air n merica
-masukkan udang n cabe iris..aduk rata sampai mendidih..cicip..

Pokchoy bawang putih:
-rebus pokchoy..sisihkan
-tumis bawput sampai wangi..masukkan air..beri garmer n sdikit mntega..cicip
-siram diatas pokchoy rebus

G sampe stengah jam beres masaknya..simpel hehehe..selamat puasa 😊
